- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I just want to start out by saying I love the front staff. Sonya always has a smile on her face and she always greets me and my pet. I gave a fake name because what I'm bout to say is not very good about the back staff. I have been coming here for years and I have never seen such rudeness in my life. Kelly is the most rudest person I have ever met in my life coming up to the front desk and yelling at the staff and slamming doors? How can a person who loves animals be so hateful towards the employees at the front desk? The reason why I still bring my pets here is because of Sonya and Pam. If it wasn't for them being here I wouldn't bother coming at all. Kelly needs to take a deep breath and find something she is happy with...
