- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This course was amazing!!! Our instructor (Mr. Alfred Rey) was very patient and ensured all participants had plenty of time to understand and practice the skills in the course. Mr. Rey walked you step-by-step through everything. He was extremely easy to listen to and made learning the software easy to follow and comprehend. During breaks and after the courses, Mr. Rey made sure all participants' questions were answered thoroughly. I was not previously familiar with Xactimate. I learned a LOT in this course. I am now very confident that I possess the basic skills required to successfully navigate Xactimate while processing claims and look forward to learning more about and using this software.June 04, 2017by Corey Harris
