- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The best. He was my second back surgeon who had to repair a few issues that weren't done correctly from another back surgeon who performed 2 back surgeries on me and made a mess out of back. I couldn't get anywhere with that Dr. to fix the ongoing problems from those surgeries, so I went to Dr. Tally for a second opinion. He was thorough and went over every aspect of my back history including before and after both back surgeries. He determined that another back surgery would be needed to readdress what was wrong. He didn't just jump right at an opportunity to provide surgery. He was thorough in why he felt it was necessary and asked me if i agreed. Integrity. The surgery made a world of difference for me.
