- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone. To make matters worse they have the worst office staff in their place and hung up on my customers while I was trying to refer them a customer and Lisa was very rude to us and hung up the phone on us. She was upset over us asking for a simple change on the policy she just wrote for us. This company have been nothing but problems and we will never refer a customer to them again. In the future we will not do business with this insurance company. I suggest the everyone stay away and I will continue to tell all of my customers the truth about Freeway insurance.
