- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Called and spoke with "Billie" who said that she was with someone but that she would put me into her voicemail and that she would call me right back to schedule an appointment. 48 hours later - having received no call back - I called again. I spoke with the same person who told me exactly the same thing. Left another message (stating clearly that it was my second message) and had precisely the same result: no call back. Having now wasted the better part of THREE DAYS waiting for someone to return my call, I decided that I would prefer receiving care from someone who actually DOES care and I scheduled an appointment with another physician. I don't care if these are the best gastroenterologists in the state of Florida; I refuse to do business with people who have such callous disregard for their patients.May 17, 2017by James Jacobi
