  When I read a review, I want to know about quality, customer service, passion for the performance served. So I want to share a review with anyone looking to go to Dr. Elfervig and his team. First class, from the moment you walk in the door checking in and out. Dr. Elfervig is tops in his field, he is a perfectionist with a kind caring soul. He clearly shows compassion, every step of the way. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Elfervig for over 20 years. We switched to him after a search for the best Dentist in town, asking dental reps, local family doctors and everyone that knows quality dental practices. Reason for switching was from really bad service of crowns at another dentist we had been going to. Bottom line you get what you pay for! However, Dr. Elfervig's prices where pretty close to what we were paying. My husband and I both had new white fillings by the old dentist, but the old dentist didn't remove all the silver before putting the new white fillings in. My husband had periodontal disease even though he went for two cleanings a year, always flossed too, mentioning about bleeding gums and for the three crowns in which the old dentist made too big, kept popping out. The old dentist instead of caring and admitting they where wrong and too big, he just grinded down my husbands bottom teeth to the point that he wore one down beyond the enamel. So in came our new dentist. We also had to pay for an orthodontist, Dr Morrish and Dr Tomeo to have one of his front bottom teeth removed as it was now starting to die and braces for two years on the bottom. Cindy the dental hygienist got his gums healed and Dr. Elfervig went to work to redue our white fillings that had silver left and cavities underneath the silver. These white fillings we paid the old dentist alot for. Dr. Elfervig worked with us on payment plans and we never looked back. We also, to this day get compliments on how great our teeth look and who is your dentist! Dr Elfervig has kept his same team in place for all these years. A quality team each having passion, professionalism and pride in their work. A team of four, Hope his assistant, Cindy his Dental hygienist (that also teaches new hygienist classes) and Tamra who took over when Tracy left years ago. Tamra runs the office from checkin to checkout, insurance and many other tasks in running the practice, I'm sure. Tamra also has an extensive background in Dentistry and is a Dentist hygienist herself, although she is busy with the front office. They are a tight nit team with a family feel. They keep up with the latest in Dentistry and the before and after pictures in the office waiting room says it all. Throughout the years and times when my husband breaks a crown or needs new ones, they have always worked with us. Recently they went above and beyond to help me as well. Plus I have been having problems with my TMJ and Dr. Elfervig is also on the cutting edge of ways to help ease with that. Most people complain about a bad experience in a review, or give a five star when perhaps it doesn't meet the muster everytime. We are all so busy to take the time to do a thorough review, saying we need to get around to it. Well this Dentist and team is a true 5 Star, every time. They have always stepped us for us, treat us like family, keeps are dental health optimal and most of all makes us proud to smile wide! So if your looking to make a switch, new in town or not happy with your current results; go meet with this team for the best of the best!
