- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Six months ago I injured my wrist. I was unable to do normal push ups and was in constant pain. June 29th I was in a very bad car wreck and aggravated the problem even more. A few days after the accident , I went to rejuvenate you integrative medical center to see Dr Bino Rucker. I explained the problem and without putting one hand on me he injected my wrist with one ozone shot and fixed the issue within minutes. While in the office he asked me to do a push up. I did what he asked and I could not believe what had just happened. I am back to 100 % and it's as if nothing ever happened. We are so lucky to have such a man In our local community.
