  Don in the outpatient PT Dept is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and really pushes you to heal. I've had therapy on and off for two years now, after a horrific car wreck and numerous surgeries. I had moved a little farther from Blake, so I did therapy at two other places, and eventually just stopped them and went back to Blake. Yes, Don is that good and works me the whole time I am there. Other places use 20 minutes of your 45 minute session to do heat before and ice after. Guess what? I can ice it at home!!! Don does NOT include that business as part of your therapy! He is "hands on" with you the entire time. If he isn't working you, he is educating you. Cannot speak highly enough of Blake OP therapy!! And Bernadette who schedules is great as well!

  I have spent a lot of time in hospitals over the last couple of years, I'm very familiar on what a normal stay should look like. I can say from me walking into the ER to a hospital I have never been to and not being greeting or even acknowledged to the nurse be snooty to me because I didn't know what room my granddad was in. The nurse we have come in contact with so far, couldn't care any less about having a good bed side manner. You push a call button they answer and thirty minutes to an hour they may show up, that's if they remember.
