  If there was an option to leave NO star, I would. I just left this office, and I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a doctor in all of my life. This was my first visit as I was a new patient. Doctor Chapman had no concern for me as a new patient, my history, or for that matter my well being as far as I am concerned. She was so rude to me during the end of my exam when I was asking questions about office procedures and protocol. She literally snipped at me and told me she didn't know if she could "explain" herself any clearer. Also, the receptionist must have gone to the same school for rudeness.

  Dr Chapman has been my OB/GYN for the past 21 years. She was my one of my OB's with my first pregnancy (the practice had several and it was policy to see all physicians during a pregnancy). She also assisted with my second, and she was in her own private office for the third and loved her from the beginning! Her bedside manner in the OR (had 3 c-sections) was awesome! She made everyone in the delivery room relaxed and calm with her personality. Caring, patient and easy to talk too. I have had no problems with her staff ever. If there was a delay in information, there was a good reason and they still kept me informed. She is also my daughters GYN and they both have felt very comfortable with her and her staff as well. Thank you Dr. Chapman for taking excellant care of my family!
