- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst dental experience. If you are thinking about going here please pick another dental location. They either never answer the phone or leave you on hold. My son has Dr. Rickefort for ortho. He is a great Orthodontist but the office is very unorganized. They recently switched offices to University Parkway and did not bother to call and let us know that we had to go to the new office for our appt. and they sent out confirmation texts sending us to the old office.
