  First experience receiving braces. Staff members are great. The doctor was very straightforward, explains treatment process very well! Answers to concerns and explains pros and cons to treatment options.. The only con to this experience is the front desk personal, Laura. She has negative energy to the tenth power... Very rude. I'm pretty good in reading body languages. She was very aggressive when I wanted something to be explained regarding consent/disclosure! Poor customer service..Another person had to explain it to me. Desiree was very polite in explaining that....Other than that, I had a great experience getting my first adult braces!

  I was in the office a few weeks ago with my wife and daughter for a consultation and I must say we really like the friendliness of the staff. Although my daughter wasn't quite ready for treatment we are looking forward to coming back very soon. Keep up the good work staff you never know who you can make smile just by the 1st impression, 1st impression goes a long way. I will definitely be telling my family and friends about your office.
