  I have been a patient with Dr. Mardones for many years. I have always been pleased with the staff. I believe the longevity of the employment of some of his staff is in itself a positive testimony. Dr. Mardones has always been pleasant, patient, sincerely interested in me as a whole person, and explains procedures and diagnosis clearly. I have also seen his ARNP, Marta, and been pleased with her care. Thankfully I have only needed the urgent care and radiology one time each, but was pleased with the staff in those departments as well. I highly recommend this medical group!

  While vacationing our child became ill with possible strep throat. After looking at on line reviews we chose the Pinnacle Medical Group and I'm so glad we did! Everyone was super nice and we were seen quickly. Very professional and I would definitely go there again. I also check prices with other local urgent care facilities and Pinnacle was better priced.

  The service I received the day of my visit was great, I have no complaints at all. The doctor was good and very helpful and explained everything very well. Front desk people was great too. There was no crazy wait, they were ready to see me as soon as my paperwork was done. That's fast! There was a bit of a problem with the billing but when I called to talk about it they investigated the problem and fixed it fast. Also keep me well informed the whole way. A+++
