  Worst center ever. Went there twice, weren't open and no one gave notice about it (I scheduled online cause nobody answers the phone). I need my refill on my birth control pills by Tuesday and they aren't open until Wednesday. No consideration towards patients. No decency on even calling to let me know they won't open those days

  I went for a regular check up and it took 2 hours! The nurses were more interested in talking about how tired and fat they were instead of doing their job. I waited for my script to be written and it was taking so long I went to ask about it and the lady gave me attitude about waiting for me; I never left and had been sitting in the waiting room like they asked me to. I saw numerous spelling mistakes on typed up info provided at that specific planned parenthood. And to top it all off the Dr. had long pointy! nails. I can't even describe how uncomfortable that was during my exam. I called ahead of time to get my insurance worked out and they informed me that it would cost nothing; while checking out they claim I changed my appt and that it would cost $76 (I didn't bring that with me) and because I couldn't pay they refused to give me my prescription. I will never go to this planned parenthood again.
