- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My mother in law and I went in to do business today and had a terrible experience. We had a very quick question that a teller told us to ask Nancy when she finished with her phone call. We waited, but we were very quickly scowled at and told others have quick questions too. My mother in law has been doing business for quite some time with SunTrust but was very turned off by Nancy's abrupt and very rude behavior. We left immediately. If rudeness is the weak person's imitation of strength, then I applaud your strength. I believe my mother in law is ready to take her business elsewhere.March 30, 2017by Sue Branca
